Regulated Online Poker New Mexico. New Mexico have been negotiating a gambling compact with the Navajo tribe. In New Mexico, the state and the tribes have a rev-share agreement, where the tribes pay the state a part of revenue and in turn the competition is limited. The main issue is that the tribe want the option to withhold payments to the state from their slot revenues if the state regulates any form of online gambling.
