Regulated Online Poker Colorado. The regulation of online poker in Colorado is closer than in most states. According to CardPlayer May 2012 a bill was drafted by the Colorado Gaming Association in order to legalize online poker, but it has been pretty quite since then. Maybe things will change once other states start regulating online poker. Considering that a state of New Jerseys size, which has twice the population have trouble keeping their games going independently, Colorado will probably regulate online poker through an interstate agreement.
