Regulated Online Poker Alaska. In order for online poker to be regulated in Alaska, an established gaming authority has to be in place to start with. Although it doesn't seem to happen in the near future, Alaskas fate might change once more states choose to regulate online poker. If we ever get there, it will most likely be decided through a referendum. Due to Alaskas small population anything else than an interstate poker network solution is unlikely.
